Who is He Who Deceives Me

I take control back of my life’s entire roll.
I accept this, as my life.
I live this as my life.

You came into my life
I shared all, to my strife
You took complete control
Of everything, and you even stole.
Everything in my life
And nearly my very soul.

You conned me,
Deceived me.
Finished me, financially.
You never again came knocking,
You hid, because you knew it is shocking
What you did when you were a knocking.

You blamed other for you deceit,  in some way
This made you feel complete.

You always said, “It’s others”
Who did and that,
But it was always, you,
Who is the real Rat.
You are the one who hits your own back.
For you are the one,
Who is always doing that.

Just once, I gave you that chance.
A life to live,
A life of a real change
A life without rage or being in that cage.
A Chance to become a Leader
A chance to not be a deceiver.
And let you rediscover
You too, can be a real lover,
For I wanted you to show your true colours
To show others
That they should run for cover

But in the end, you became one of them.
A hard and an uncaring man,
Who cons everyone
In the end.
Then goes underground  Pretends he is the victim.
For he is the real Deceiver,
For he can never deliver.
